NVR6V-400M DC relay for new energy automobile
1. High reliability arc extinguishing and sealing design
As a professional High Voltage DC relay, NVR6V-400M adopts permanent magnet arc blowing technology. The contacts are sealed inside a ceramic cavity and filled with high arc-extinguishing performance cooling gas, completely avoiding the erosion of the contacts by the DC arc, and solving the industry pain points of no natural zero-crossing point and difficult arc extinction in high-voltage DC circuits. The IP67 level of protection can effectively prevent dust and moisture from invading, and is suitable for outdoor, vehicle-mounted and other complex working conditions.
2. Wide current tolerance range
This High Voltage DC relay supports a continuous current of 400A, and has outstanding short-term current tolerance: 500A can be carried for 2000s, 750A for 200s, 1000A for 65s, 1350A for 28s, and the contacts do not open under currents ranging from 2000 to 8000A, only possible to stick together, no fire or explosion, fully covering extreme current scenarios such as short circuits and surges.
3. Ultra-long service life performance
In terms of electrical life, under resistive load at 450V/10A, it can achieve 25,000 times of opening and closing; under resistive load at 450V/400A, it can achieve 1,000 times of opening and closing; under capacitive load at 22.5V/140A, it can achieve 75,000 times of connection; the mechanical life is up to 200,000 times, far exceeding the average level of ordinary industrial relays, effectively reducing the maintenance cost of the equipment in the later stage.
4. Excellent insulation withstand voltage performance
The insulation resistance between the open contacts is ≥ 1000MΩ@1000V DC, the insulation resistance between the closed contacts and the coil is ≥ 50MΩ@1000V DC; before the dielectric withstand test, it can reach 3000V AC (50/60Hz, 1min), and still maintains 2250V AC withstand capability after the test, complying with the safety specifications of high-voltage electrical equipment, and eliminating the risk of high-voltage breakdown.
