Main Characteristics
1. High concentricity accuracy:
- Ensure that the laser beam is precisely coaxial with the auxiliary gas flow, reducing cutting deviation and achieving a cutting accuracy of ±0.01mm.
2. Material and Durability:
- Material: Pure copper (red copper) as the main body, with excellent thermal conductivity, to prevent overheating and deformation.
- Chroming treatment: Some models adopt the chroming process (such as "Chrome-Plated"), which enhances the surface hardness, prevents slag adhesion, and prolongs the lifespan.
3. Aerodynamic optimization:
- The double-nozzle design increases the gas mass flow rate, accelerating the discharge of slag and preventing secondary adhesion of the cut surface. It is particularly suitable for high-speed cutting of thick plates (such as carbon steel thicker than 20mm).
- The gas flow channel design reduces turbulence and ensures that the auxiliary gas (oxygen/nitrogen) is stably distributed over the cutting front.
4. Power adaptability:
- Supports high-power fiber lasers ranging from 0 to 80 kW, covering industrial-level cutting requirements.

Metal sheets such as copper, stainless steel, and carbon steel (the cutting thickness depends on the laser power).
Compatible devices: Precitec WSX series, Raytools BM series, Han's Laser, etc.
Single-layer vs. Double-layer: Single-layer: Low cost, suitable for thin plates (<5mm) and non-oxidation cutting.
Double-layer: For thick plates (>10mm) and oxidation cutting, this method is preferred as it reduces slag accumulation and improves the quality of the cross-section.
